Before entering the closed electric furnace, its water content has strict requirements, generally not more than 2%, so the arch drying process is especially important. Our carbon drying line solves the problem of unstable Discharge water content and high damage rate.

Our company combined with many years of contracted drying line manufacturing experience, for the carbon drying material made the following process improvement:
1.Intelligent thermal control system ensures the stability of heat supply;
2.The dryer is designed with unique partition structure, which can effectively reduce the damage rate;
3.There is an emergency discharge device in front of the hot air pipe, which can be automatically dispersed according to needs;
4.Adopt expanded cavity dust tail cover and fish scale seal form, the system has small resistance, good sealing performance, and reduce the dust rate of fly ash.
